❥ 1. World Sketchnote Week 2026! On Sunday, January 11, 2026, we’ll celebrate World Sketchnote Day, and the following week, January 12-16, be sure to attend the free World Sketchnote Week with tons of sessions organized by Ashton Rodenheiser with the biggest names in visual thinking!
❥ 2. Danny Gregory’s Illustrated Travel Journaling - I love travel journaling, and so does illustrator . Check out his sensible, practical approach to capturing your experiences on the road in this helpful video.

December Sketchnote Lab Live: Creating Diary Sketchnotes
Join me live on Saturday, December 20th, at 12 noon US Central Time for a free workshop on creating diary sketchnotes!
In this session, I’ll share how to create diary sketchnotes — a visual way to capture your day or reflective experiences using simple sketchnotes. It’s a great way to remember today, this week, or this past year. We’ll make diary sketchnotes together as a group in this session.
Here’s a sample I created in 2025:
The session is free to all subscribers, with the recorded replay video available exclusively to Paid Lab Members (along with all recordings since December 2024).
