I second your suggestion of trying out the Concepts app for sketchnoting. It is a great app with a wonderful team behind it.

Another fun roundup Mike. Have you tried fresco much? I’m really intrigued by its combo of vectors and pixel brushes (plus integration with the Adobe suite). I’ve played with it but it’s not sticking with me…yet.
